Our Wedding Day Management package includes:​

PRE-WEDDING

• Two (2) planning sessions (face to face or virtually) 

• Communication via text, phone, or email during business hours (please allow up to 24 business hours for responses)

• Vendor Management

  • Contract Review​

  • Contact with vendors throughout the planning process

• Guest Management

  • Assist with layout and seating chart (if applicable)​

• Final Venue Walkthrough

• Timeline Creation

• One (1) hour of rehearsal time

• Access to Client Portal

• 15% off of Pure Phoenix rental inventory

WEDDING DAY

• Event Manager & Assistants for ten (10) hours of management to assist with vendors, guests, etc

• Assist with basic ceremony & reception set up decorations

• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

• Distribute final payments/tips to vendors (if applicable)

• Coordinate transportation of gifts to designated location or to designated person

This selection can be booked up to 60 days prior to your wedding date.

Selection investment begins at $2,500.  Final pricing is based on location, guests count, and overall logistics.
