Our Process


You've viewed our website and you'd like to learn more!  GREAT!  Complete our contact form below and we will respond within 24-48 business hours.  We will respond via email and ask some basic questions and you will be given the option to schedule a consultation based on your availability.  You can also send us an email.


During this process we will take the time to speak with you regarding your wants and dreams for your wedding or event. We will explain our selections and we will ask detailed questions to determine what service selection is right for you.  You will also be able to ask any additional questions you may have.  


You've received the proposal, accepted it, now it's time for the Client Contract and Agreement and the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee to reserve and book your date.  Once the signed agreement and the paid retainer have been received you will receive a Welcome Package with information on how to get started.  You will also be introduced to your assigned Event Manager and the team.


Now that all of the formalities are out of the way, it's time to start planning.  Depending on your package your Events Manager will contact you periodically to check on the planning process.  You are more than welcome to ask questions and communicate with your Events Manager and planning/design team as needed.
