Event Design

Our Event Design package includes:


  • Two (2) meeting/design sessions (virtual or face-to-face) to discuss overall theme, color scheme, and vision

  • Access to Client Portal Design Studio

  • Access to all Pure Phoenix Events decor inventory to include:

    • Linens (Tablecloths, Napkins, Runners, etc)​

    • Charger Plates

    • Candles

    • Centerpieces

    • Pipe & Drape / Backdrops

    • Chairs, etc

  • Final Venue walkthrough to finalize decoration details

  • Unlimited communication with Event Designer via phone, email, and/or text.  (Please allow 24 business hours for response)


  • Delivery, setup, and take down of all decorations selected during design sessions.

Selection investment begins at $3,250.  Final pricing is based on location, guests count, and overall logistics.
