Our Full Wedding Management package includes:​

PRE-WEDDING

• Up to eight (8) planning sessions (in person or virtual)

• Communication via text messages, phone calls, or emails (please allow up to 24 business hours for responses)

• Access to online Client Portal

• Provide checklist and reminders as needed

• Timeline Creation

• BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Assist with creation and maintenance of budget​

  • Monitor retainer fee and additional payments

• VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Provide recommendations​

  • Schedule appointments

  • Attend consultations and meetings

  • Review proposals and contracts

  • Monitor vendor payments

  • Main point of contact between couple and vendors

  • Final venue walkthrough

  • Contact all vendors one-two weeks prior to wedding date to review details

• GUEST MANAGEMENT

  • Assist with uploading and maintaining guests list​

  • Maintain RSVPs

  • Make arrangements for out of town guests (if needed)

  • Create and deliver welcome gifts for out of town gifts (if needed)

  • Create seating chart (if needed)

• DESIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Assist with creation of wedding theme and color scheme​

  • Access to all Pure Phoenix Events inventory (chairs, linens, vases, backdrops, uplighting, etc) to complete your wedding day look

• REHEARSAL

  • Available for up to two (2) hours for ceremony and reception rehearsal​

  • Organize Bridal Party

WEDDING DAY

• Event Manager & Assistants for 16 hours of management to assist with vendors, guests, etc

• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

• Provide vendor direction upon arrival to venue

• Set-up all ceremony and reception seating and decorations

• Provide direction to all guests for ceremony and reception

• Maintain wedding timeline

• Assist with clean up

• Coordinate transportation of all personal belongings and/or gifts

• Distribute final payments/tips to vendors (if needed)

Selection investment begins at $8,750.  Final pricing is based on location, guests count, and overall logistics.
