Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer management, partial, full, and design services for weddings and management and design services for events.

What is the starting cost of your services?

Each of our packages has a starting price.  The final/overall pricing is based on a variety of elements that will be discussed during your consultation.

Do you require a consultation to receive a quote for services?

Yes, all of our services require a consultation to determine what is requested/needed and to discuss the overall logistics of your wedding/event.

How long do your consultations last?

Our over the phone or Zoom consultations are 30 minutes in length.  

How long do your quotes for services last?

Once your consultation is complete you will receive a quote within 48 business hours outlining everything that was discussed, in detail, during your consultation.  The quote will be valid for one (1) week from the date the quote is emailed to you.

How do I reserve my wedding/event date?

Once you've accepted your quote you will have access to the Client Contract and Agreement along with an invoice for services.  This invoice will have your retainer fee as the first payment.  Your retainer fee is based on your service package.  For planning/management services the retainer fee is 30% of the total cost.  Design only services require a retainer fee of $1,500.  All retainer fees are non-refundable.

Is there a recommended timeframe to book my wedding/event?

We recommend booking your wedding/event as soon as possible.  We normally have our books open 18-24 months in advance.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do offer payment plans.  Once you've paid your retainer fee your invoice will reflect either monthly, bi-monthly, or three (3) equal payments.

Do you require your clients to have a certain budget?

We don't require our clients to have a certain budget, however the majority of our wedding clients have a minimum overall  budget of $25,000.  Our special event clients have a minimum overall budget of $10,000.

What is your service area?

We are based in Richmond, VA, however we do travel so we have an open service area.

Do you plan destination weddings?

Yes!  Destination Weddings do require a customized quote as there are different aspects that are needed.
