Full Event Management

PRE-EVENT

  • Up to six (6) planning sessions (in person or virtual)

  • Communication via text messages, phone calls, or emails (please allow up to 24 business hours for responses)

  • Access to online Client Portal

  • Provide checklist and reminders as needed

  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT

    • Assist with creation and maintenance of budget​

    • Monitor retainer fee and additional payments

  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT

    • Provide recommendations​

    • Schedule appointments

    • Review proposals and contracts

    • Main point of contact between couple and vendors

    • Final venue walkthrough

    • Contact all vendors one-two weeks prior to event date to review details

  • GUEST MANAGEMENT

    • Assist with uploading and maintaining guests list​

    • Create seating chart (if needed)

  • DESIGN MANAGEMENT

    • Assist with creation of event theme and color scheme​

    • Access to all Pure Phoenix Events inventory (chairs, linens, vases, backdrops, uplighting, etc) to complete your event vision

EVENT DAY

  • Event Manager & Assistants for 10 hours of management to assist with vendors, guests, etc

  • Provide vendor direction upon arrival to venue

  • Set-up all decorations

  • Provide direction to all guests 

  • Assist with clean up

  • Distribute final payments/tips to vendors (if needed)

Selection investment begins at $4,500.  Final pricing is based on location, guests count, and overall logistics.
